Jacobs Awarded Contract from Eastman

Project Leverages Existing Services to Include Corporate Facility Design

PASADENA, Calif. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Jun. 26, 2013 -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it has been selected to provide architecture, engineering and interior design services for Eastman Chemical Company’s new Corporate Business Center in Kingsport, Tenn.

The new business center is part of Project Inspire, a $1.6 billion growth initiative that coincides with the Eastman centennial. Scheduled for completion in 2015, the Corporate Building Center modernizes and expands Eastman’s corporate campus.

In making the announcement, Jacobs CEO Craig Martin stated, “We’re very pleased that our strategic relationship with Eastman continues to progress. We value the opportunities we have to continue making significant contributions to their growth plan.”

Jacobs has worked on capital construction projects and provided program management services and site maintenance support for the Eastman Tennessee Operations Manufacturing Site in Kingsport under a continuous presence contract since 2010.
