5-time winner! CH2M wins 2017 Talent Board Candidate Experience Award
CH2M takes home Candidate Experience Award for the fifth time, highlighting the firm’s commitment to an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
CH2M was recently recognized as a winner of the 2017 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards in North America. With only 50 winners, the companies selected underwent a comprehensive evaluation and data analysis process, and were found to have exemplary candidate experiences through all phases of the recruiting and hiring process as perceived by their candidates.
Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, led the evaluation process. More than 200 employers from around North America put their recruiting and hiring processes to the test, and over 180,000 job seekers shared their thoughts and experiences as candidates.

The 50 winners were identified through a blind-data analysis based on their job candidates' satisfaction survey scores where three key questions had a significant impact on determining the winners. These questions focused specifically on the likelihood that the candidate would reapply to the organization, whether or not the candidates would refer other job seekers to the organization and the candidates overall ranking of their specific candidate experience.
To qualify, each company committed to a statistically significant candidate response rate, where the proportion of respondents not hired met or exceeded a set standard.
Along with the CandE winners, all employers participating in this year's Candidate Experience Awards will be celebrated at the 2017 North American CandEs Symposium and Awards Gala, taking place Oct. 2, 2017 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.
