Jacobs Expands Global Integrated Delivery Services in India - Opens New office in Mumbai
Jacobs has established a brand new office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, further expanding its Global Integrated Delivery (GID) services footprint in India. The office, which can house up to 2,200 employees, is located in a state-of-the art facility named Gigaplex Office.
“This expansion is crucial to Jacobs’ growth strategy and further enhances our ability to provide innovative solutions to our global clients,” said Jacobs Interim Head of Global Petroleum and Chemicals Vinayak Pai. “This investment in our capacity and capabilities in India is yet another milestone in organizing our work in the most effective, efficient and economical way possible, leveraging the talent and expertise of our employees around the globe.”
The new Gigaplex Office houses one of the largest workforces of our company at a single location and is engaged in projects and programs for clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Jacobs has been operating in India for more than 50 years, with 20 years of experience in multi-office execution, and has executed more than 27 million GID work hours.
