Using innovative tools including drones, Jacobs created an interactive video to aid the project bidding process. With shelter in place orders related to COVID-19, contractors can now take a virtual tour of the project site, a step that will keep this essential project on schedule. Jacobs was responsible for the phase 1 design of the project and finished that phase ahead of schedule.
