Continuous Services Agreement

Jacobs Comprimo® Sulfur Solutions, as a worldwide provider of gas treating and sulfur recovery solutions wishes to support its clients on a continuous basis during their operation of the gas treating and sulfur recovery facilities.

For this purpose Jacobs Comprimo® Sulfur Solutions offers a Continuous Service Agreement, which will be tailored to the needs and demands of the specific client.


By paying an annual fee the Continuous Services Agreement covers (but is not limited to):

Annual visit to site by one of our Technology Specialists to meet with your production / operations staff and review the plant performance
This one day annual visit is done by one of our sulfur experts to review performance and answer any questions on performance, maintenance, catalyst replacement or upgrading of the facilities.  The visit can be extended by one or more days if needed. 

Technical support from our extensive home office technical team
Technical support is given by e-mail or by phone from the Jacobs home office support center for all your questions regarding improved operation, performance or troubleshooting.

Technology updates
Periodically, information is dispatched on developments in sulfur technology.  Subjects covered are: safety issues, new developments, lessons learned, operational experiences, utility savings.

Training of operators
Operator training is an important part of our services to ensure our unit designs are clearly understood for effortless and safe operation. Our training has proven to be very useful for plant engineers, maintenance workers and instrumentation and control engineers.

Our SRU training package is conducted in the English language over approximately (pending on number of units involved) three consecutive days on site in a classroom type setting. It addresses the following topics:

  2. Catalyst Description & Chemical requirements
  3. Description of Process Flow
  4. Description of Equipment
  5. Process Control
  6. Start-up and Shut-down Procedures
  7. Safeguarding Systems
  8. Sampling Procedures
