Jacobs Receives Technical Services Subcontract for Dept. of Homeland Security

PASADENA, Calif., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received a subcontract from VETCO LLC to assist in providing technical services under the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) multiple-award procurement for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, with a total ceiling of $1.5 billion for all thirty-four (34) PACTS contractors, consists of a two-year base and three one-year option periods.

Jacobs, as subcontractor to VETCO, will be part of the team competing for task orders for the DHS's 22 component agencies at locations worldwide.
