CH2M Welcomes Hal Lindsey as Senior Transit Program Leader
Lindsey is responsible for developing consulting opportunities aligned to operations and maintenance services for the company’s transit and rail clients in North America.
CH2M is pleased to welcome Hal Lindsey as a Senior Program Manager for the company’s U.S. Transit & Rail practice.
Lindsey is responsible for developing consulting opportunities aligned to operations and maintenance services for the company’s transit and rail clients in North America. He will also hold a Client Service Management leadership position, supporting two key clients: the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.
“We are excited to have Hal join us and leverage his years of experience in supporting our clients on crucial technical projects,” said Tom Donahue, CH2M’s Transit & Rail Director for the Americas. “His leadership and experience will be instrumental in supporting clients, such as Amtrak, as they build more sustainable and resilient operations for current and future users.”
Lindsey brings more than three decades of experience as a leader in the transit and rail industry, providing transit system planning, procurement, operations and maintenance and program management consulting services. His background includes 18 years with Bombardier Transportation, where he was responsible for pursuing operations and maintenance contracts in the commuter, light rail and automated transit markets. Additionally, Lindsey served for 11 years with Lea+Elliott, leading business development activities for the firm's regional office in Washington, DC.
He is an active member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), participating on several committees. He is also the former Chair of APTA's Automated Transit Technical Forum and the American Society of Civil Engineers Automated People Mover Committee.
Lindsey is aligned to CH2M’s Northern Virginia office.
