The Corporate Policy Concerning Business Conduct – U.S.A. discusses various specific laws and regulations that govern our conduct in the U.S.A. The Corporate Policy Concerning Business Conduct – Non-U.S.A. covers, in general, various laws and regulations of each country that are similar to those in the U.S.A. which govern our conduct in those countries. It also discusses the applicability of certain U.S. laws outside the U.S.A.
Corporate Policies Concerning Business Conduct (USA) (Revised 05/03/04) 
On May 3, 2004, the Board of Directors of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. approved the amendment and restatement of our Corporate Policy Concerning Business Conduct - USA. The amendments are intended, among other things, to clearly state our view of ethical behavior, simplify and clarify the document as a whole, explain the restrictions on corporate political and charitable contributions, expand the reporting of irregularities, address ethical behavior in all facets of public sector procurement, tighten the process for making representations and certifications, and conform the Policy to the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oaxley Act of 2002.
Corporate Policies Concerning Business Conduct (Non-USA) (Revised 06/01/05)
On June 1, 2005 the Company issued its amended and restated Corporate Policy Concerning Business Conduct—Non-USA which applies to all of its affiliated and subsidiary companies worldwide. Based upon the revised USA policy discussed above which was approved by the Company's Board of Directors last year, the revised Non-USA Policy is intended, among other things, to clearly state our view of ethical behavior, simplify and clarify the document as a whole, explain the restrictions on political and charitable contributions, expand the reporting of irregularities, address ethical behavior in all facets of contracting with national and local governments, tighten the process for making representations and certifications, and conform the Policy to the requirements of new laws and regulations.
