1. Download the latest Flash Player at: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
2. Un-check the box to install the Google Toolbar if you don’t want to install it.
3. Check the box to agree to the Adobe Flash Player Terms of Service.
4. Click on the ‘Install Now’ button.
5. If a yellow bar appears at the top of the page, click on the bar and select ‘Install Active X Control’ from the menu.
6. In the box that appears, click on the install button to instal the player.
7. A movie will play on the page following a successful installation.
8. Once Flash is installed, refresh this page.
